<li>All material and equipment furnished by the Oklahoma City Convention Center shall remain the property of the Oklahoma City Convention Center.</li>
<li>Credit will not be given for service installed and not used.</li>
<li>Payment in full must be rendered prior to installation.</li>
<li>Claims will not be considered unless filed by the exhibitor prior to the close of the show.</li>
<li>The internet is a shared environment and as such actual speed will vary.</li>
<li>The Oklahoma City Convention Center is not responsible for networking exhibitor computers or setting up IP addresses.</li>
<li>Wireless networks are strictly forbidden within the Oklahoma City Convention Center without prior written approval from ASM Global.</li>
<li>Provided WiFi service is 5ghz <strong><em>only</em></strong>; 2.4ghz is <strong><em>not</em></strong> supported.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Plumbing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>All exhibitors are required to check in at the service desk at the time of move in before service can be turned on.</li>
<li>Under no circumstances shall anyone other than an Oklahoma City Convention Center employee make connections or disconnections.</li>
<li>Service will be provided to the booth in a location and manner that is safest and most convenient.</li>
<li>Exhibitors are not permitted to share plumbing service. All orders must be placed individually.</li>
<li>All floor orders or changes must be made at the service desk.</li>
<li>All equipment using water must have inlet and outlet properly tagged.</li>
<li>Water pressure may vary. No guarantee can be made of minimum or maximum pressures. If pressure is critical, exhibitors should arrange to have a pressure regulator valve installed.</li>
<li>Our Plumbing Department is not responsible for color or sediment in water fill. If waste water for drain contains hazardous material, chemicals, or metals, it cannot be drained. Additional labor charges may be incurred if equipment leaks and/or endangers other property.</li>
<li>Our Plumbing Department will not be responsible for moisture or water in air lines. Exhibitors should supply their own filter or other equipment to handle moisture or water. Exhibitors are not allowed to bring air compressors on the show floor.</li>
<li>Connection rates listed cover bringing service from main line to booth and do not include connecting equipment.</li>
<li>Electricity or electrical labor to connect and operate any plumbing apparatus is not included.</li>
<li>All equipment must comply with federal, state, and local safety codes.</li>
<li>All furnished materials and equipment remains the property of the Oklahoma City Convention Center or its assigned agent.</li>
<li>All materials that are removed from the premises or damaged will be billed accordingly.</li>
<li>Equipment problems must be reported immediately to the service desk.</li>
<li>Claims will not be considered unless filed by the exhibitor prior to the close of the show.</li>
<li>No credit will be issued for connections installed but not used. If cancellation occurs before services are installed and written notice of cancellation is received by Exhibitor Services 72 hours before the first scheduled move-in date, a full refund will be issued. ALL COMPLETED WORK IS SUBJECT TO FULL PAYMENT.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Electric</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>All exhibitors are required to check in at the service desk at the time of move in before service can be turned on.</li>
<li>A standard electrical outlet consists of one single female plug. Service does not include adapters or special wiring.</li>
<li>Labor is required for any and all electrical work over and above the installation of the main power drop.</li>
<li>Labor charges will include the time for electricians to gather the necessary tools and material for the job, have their work checked by the client, and return the tools and material to the supply area.</li>
<li>Exhibitors’ cords must be a minimum of 14 gauge 3 wire with ground and must be flat when used for floor work. All multi-outlet devices (e.g. - power strips) must have circuit protection. All exposed non-current carrying metal parts of fixed equipment, which are liable to be energized, shall be grounded.</li>
<li>Wall, column, and permanent building outlets are not part of the booth space and are not to be used by exhibitors.</li>
<li>Unauthorized use of electrical services will be terminated or exhibitor must pay electrical service charges.</li>
<li>The Oklahoma City Convention Center is not responsible for voltage fluctuations or power failures. If your equipment has strict tolerances for voltage, then you must bring your own regulating device.</li>
<li>Under no circumstances shall anyone other than an Oklahoma City Convention Center employee make connections or disconnections.</li>
<li>Electrical service will be provided to the booth in a location and manner that is safest and most convenient.</li>
<li>Exhibitors are not permitted to share electrical service. All orders must be placed individually.</li>
<li>All floor orders or changes must be made at the service desk.</li>
<li>The electrical supervisor is obligated to refuse connection when wiring is not in compliance with federal, state, and local safety codes.</li>
<li>The Oklahoma City Convention Center reserves the right to inspect all electrical devices and connections to ensure compliance with all codes.</li>
<li>All furnished materials and equipment remains the property of the Oklahoma City Convention Center or its assigned agent.</li>

<p> <strong>Booth Security</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>There is a 4 hour minimum requirement for police officers and security event staff.</li>
<li>All booth security orders must be placed 72 hours prior to the requested post and have a credit card on file. The Oklahoma City Convention Center will not begin work without a credit card on file.</li>

<p>This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the manner in which Oklahoma City Convention Center collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from you in connection with the Oklahoma City Convention Center online storefront.</p>

<p>Oklahoma City Convention Center may collect and store information about you and/or your business including your or your business’s name, email address, phone number, mailing address, accounting transaction data, payment or other financial information, aggregate transaction data, customer sales and order information, third-party data, business data, browser data, devices used, technical information about your means of connection to applications, and any other information or data submitted by you or third parties in connection with our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services rendered pursuant to the Agreement (the “Information”).</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Use</span></strong></p>
<p>Information collected may be used in connection with or for purposes of providing services to you, your business, and to others, improving services provided to you, your business, or to others, providing notices to you, complying with applicable law, and any other lawful purpose, including protecting the health or safety of you or others, and monitoring and preventing fraudulent or unlawful third-party activity.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Commercial Use of Information</span></strong></p>
<p>Oklahoma City Convention Center will not sell or share the Information with third parties for any commercial purposes without your consent and express agreement. Oklahoma City Convention Center may, however, use the Information in order to share generic, collective, group, or other non-identifying information about the use of Oklahoma City Convention Center’s products and services as part of commercial transactions with third parties to help Oklahoma City Convention Center improve its products and services or for any other lawful purpose.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Third-Party Service Providers</span></strong></p>
<p>Oklahoma City Convention Center may use third-party service providers and vendors to assist Oklahoma City Convention Center in providing its products and services to you and others, including, without limitation, services to host Oklahoma City Convention Center’s Software Services, Storefronts, payment processes, and other services pursuant to the Agreement. Oklahoma City Convention Center may also use third-party service providers and vendors to store Information and other data. Any such third parties would have access to your Information for the limited purpose of assisting, as reasonably necessary, Oklahoma City Convention Center in providing Software Services and other services pursuant to the Agreement.</p>
<p>Oklahoma City Convention Center may disclose your Information as Oklahoma City Convention Center reasonably believes is required by court order, governmental directive, or other law, to protect the rights of Oklahoma City Convention Center, or as otherwise allowed pursuant to the Agreement or applicable law.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Information Protection</span></strong></p>
<p>Oklahoma City Convention Center will retain, protect, and process the Information and underlying or related data using commercially reasonable practices. Although Oklahoma City Convention Center will undertake such efforts to preserve and protect the integrity of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that all security measures have potential risks.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Customer Control of Collected Data</span></strong></p>
<p>You may decline to provide or submit Information to us, however, some of our Software Services, Storefronts, or other services may not be available to you if you choose not to provide or submit Information. You also have a right to access the Information that we hold (about you) upon reasonable written request.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Updates to our Policy</span></strong></p>
<p>By entering into the Agreement or the Acknowledgment or by using our products or services, you consent to the collection and use of your Information by us consistent with this Policy and the Agreement. We may change this Policy from time to time, for any reason. Any such changes become effective when posted.</p>
<p>To the extent that this Policy is inconsistent with applicable law, it is the intent of Oklahoma City Convention Center to comply with applicable law. If there is any conflict between any provision of this Policy and applicable law, such applicable law shall prevail; provided, however, that any such conflicting provision in this Policy shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within the legal requirements and the remainder of this Policy shall not be affected thereby.</p>
